The Gutachterausschuss is an independent committee of valuation experts, set up for each city or district. It keeps the register of purchase prices and publishes standard land values, property yield rates and market reports.

- Property yield rates, cost approach factors and comparison factors
- Market value appraisals on request, for example for courts or heirs
WHY IT MATTERS.
Its data is the official basis of every valuation in Germany. For a sale, brokers add current demand and comparable offers.
