Within a short period of time, Aengevelt found an enthusiast for the "Stendener Mühle" in Kerken, district of Kleve, who is fulfilling a lifelong dream with the acquisition of this real estate gem with around 370 m² of living space on a park plot. The "Stendener Mühle" in Kerken, district of Kleve, was built around 1880 and operated until 1919. After that, the "Stendener Mühle" was used as a youth hostel and then in 1967 it was extensively renovated in accordance with the preservation order and extended for residential purposes. Since 1986 the tower windmill is registered in the list of monuments.
